AB-Woodland-Biology Lab Renovation
Penn State Abington will be renovating the existing biology teaching labs and research spaces within the second-floor west wing of the Woodland Building. Renovations will include spatial reconfiguration, new interior finishes, and MEP upgrades to support the new laboratories. Abatement will be required.
CM Firm Prequalification is not required to bid. However, before subcontracting with PJ Dick, please see Bidding Specification - Section L for complete details and form to submit prequalification.
The project is being bid through Building Connected: https://app.buildingconnected.com/public/5a0304ab19181d000f2b73bb. Access to the Bid Documents is intended for the bidder, their company, and entities involved in formulating the bid response.
IMPORTANT: All bidders MUST submit their bid through Building Connected, or else their bid will not be accepted. Subcontractors MUST include Section A1.1- MBE & WBE Form. Please note that if no MBE or WBE is applicable, the Subcontractor shall still fill out N/A and submit the form.
Proposals will be received by the Construction Manager electronically, only through Building Connected. Proposals in any other format will not be accepted.
