Electronic Time Cards
- To gain access, submit an ITS HelpDesk ticket and choose "Abacus Access Request" as the option.
- For training on how to use electronic time cards, contact our office at 863-0504 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
- OPP Employees should contact our office with any land line phone and voice mail issues.
- Non-OPP areas should contact the Network Operations Center at 865-4662 for assistance.
Moving phones? Upgrading phones? Need additional wiring and jacks? Installing video, LAN, or backbones?
Any request for telecom services such as these, whether in-house or through associated OPP jobs and projects, must be processed through our office, starting with the Request Form below:
After completing the form please forward to Lora Lee Brinton for coordination. Please note that telecommunication requests can take several weeks to process and schedule. TNS has specific lead times for many services so be sure to submit early!
