Penn State Service Provider e-Builder Demo

The Penn State Office of Physical Plant (OPP) will soon be implementing e-Builder, their
new standardized Project Management Information System (PMIS). The first phase of
implementation, which will assist in providing overall better project control and
collaboration for design and construction projects, will “Go Live” for all new projects
starting January 2019. The future second phase will provide improvements in project cost
management and contract administration (replaces the current Tririga platform).
To learn more about e-Builder, please join us for a preview and demonstration open to
any interested Penn State external service provider and project team members on
Dec. 11, 2018. There will be identical sessions offered from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and
1 p.m. – 3 p.m. at the Centre County Visitor’s Center. Parking is available on-site. The
agenda is as follows:

  • Overview of the e-Builder Journey
  • Goals and Expected Value
  • e-Builder Scope/Impact
  • Training Schedule
  • e-Builder Demonstration (preview of select processes)
