PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Alexander Building Construction Co. requests proposals for the UP-FY 18-23 Capital Systems Renewal Program - Electrical Construction 2A for The Pennsylvania State University.  The Construction Start for the Mechanical work would be the Summer of 2023. 

BID PACKAGE DESCRIPTION

Modifying duct plenum, adding new louvers, exhaust fan and thermostat.  

PRE-BID NOTES

The pre-bid will start at the Beef and Sheep Building.  Alexander will give a brief overview of the program and then we will break off and do a site walk. At this time, the Mechanical Contractors will break off and head over to the Grange Building with one of our Superintendents.    

PREQUALIFICATION

The prequalification period is over for this Bid Package.  

BIDDING

The project will be bid through SmartBid.  

As a project delegated to Penn State by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS), this bid opening is public via Zoom Webinar. Registration is required. Organizers will Admit registrants to the bid opening at 3:00 p.m.
