The removal of the existing EPDM roof system down to the roof deck, the installation of new EPDM roof system to FM Global standards, to include new polyiso insulation, EPDM membrane, and metal edgings in conjunction with the installation of permanent fall protection. Alternate installations include shingle and slate roof replacements.
