Roof replacements on the following buildings:

Technology Center

Mateer

Research West

Hallowell

Cato I (fall protection/misc steel and patching only)

Cato II (fall protection/misc steel and patching only)

Associated with the roofing replacements Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work will also be required to modify, remove and relocate existing MEP roof penetrations and equipment.  Fall protection will be added to the roofs and will require pre-engineered anchors & life lines and miscellaneous steel (rails, ladders, etc.).
