Who We Are

Penn State's Office of Physical Plant (OPP) stewards more than 22,000 acres of land and more than 32 million square feet of buildings. We serve more than 82,000 students and 35,000 faculty and staff across the Commonwealth. We provide excellent facilities services for Penn State.
